Needed a new hood and some paint work for my Mazda 3 and Frank was awesome in regard to taking care of insurance questions and getting the work done in less than two weeks. Frank and his team are awesome to communicate with and not only great personalities, but their work is amazing.
I got sideswiped in a parking lot and took my car to Earl’s for the repair. The work was done well and on time, and they handled everything so smoothly that I only had to speak with my insurance company once. When a minor issue came up afterward, Frank immediately arranged for someone to pick up my car, fix it, and return it to me. In a world where it can sometimes be difficult just to get a business to answer the phone, having the confidence that something will simply be handled is surprisingly rare. Earl’s made the entire process easy, and that level of service has absolutely earned my future business.
Shop was amazing! They made my car look brand new! They kept me up to date and were so helpful! I will definitely return if I need other repairs!!

My man Frank took great care of me, had a car that had some pretty bad scratches all over and frank & his team did not disappoint! Gave me a fair price we agreed on for the amount of work and even took care of me afterwards on getting a carbon hood installed on the car! Worst Experience I've personally ever encountered with dealing with a auto shop of any kind, dropped my 2016 GT convertible mustang off Feb 2026 for a estimate on a right front frame repair, owner told me he would get me one as soon as he could. I called this man every 2 weeks since Feb asking for the quote and never received one got every excuse about how busy he was, finally had enough of waiting went up there to check on my car and it was sitting in the same place I left in, his front lot. Someone had Jimmied my left passenger door open putting large bubbles in my window tint, I went to get my car that same week to take it to a shop that would actually help me with my requested service, I asked if he noticed anything happening to my car he denied any knowledge although he did have a car parked in front of mine and he had the bubbles pressed out the tint but didnt clean any of the rain debris from the inside of my car or the water damage to my carpet or my leather seats would not recommend this place to anyone when you could go down the street to R & R auto collision and deal with professional people who dont make you feel like you are the least important thing on their list of things to do.
Well I am very sorry we weren't able to satisfy you. You abandoned a Ford Mustang that is totalled I expressed that to you. I told you we are a collision insurance repair center. If I get a slow down period I would look into your car. We have had a 6 week backlog since I was kind enough to not charge you storage and now you are claiming we damaged your car....not sure why any one would have "jimmy'd" your door as your car was unlocked. We get a 1 star review for allowing you to dump your totalled car here for free and you new we were busy but you we're hoping we would find time to fix your car!
