Our technician, Colby, was very professional and thorough both in explaining the products and how they worked, and in applying the products. He even took extra care in working around our pet toys and bowls to keep our fur-babies safe!

Efficient, professional, walked me through the process. Shared what needed to be done, educated me on what he will be doing, what happens when insects touch the spray, and evaluated what might need to be replaced to deter insects from entering my home.

Landon did a great job at my house, paying particular attention to treating the eaves where we saw recent wasp activity.

Seth was punctual, and professional during his visit. He was able to provide pest control measures without any delays or distractions.

Landon performed my quarterly service. He got rid of all spider webs and wasp nests and applied a chemical barrier around the house. I spoke with him about specific needs and he was a good listener. I pointed out outdoor ant trails, which he treated, and he also set roach baits in my garage and house

They have reliably serviced my home for over a year and came to my rescue when I had a dead possum in my yard. City animal control said they don’t pick up dead wildlife from private property.

Had an issue recently and it was very easy to get someone scheduled to come out. Our inspector, Heriberto arrived at the top of the 2-hr window and provided excellent service, he was very thorough and took the time to explain his findings and next steps to us. We have used Earthwise for our home since 2016. We dealt with ant problems for a couple of years and used all forms of store bought ant repellants that never completely worked. Reasonably priced and great customer service. if you the problem isn't resolved they come out again free of charge. We have a black widow issue and when I saw one outside on my kids toys a week after they first sprayed and they are coming back out for another treatment.
