Looked like a very detailed inspection, we’ll see in a couple of weeks how great the treatment is. So far, everything seemed good, ants calmed down as I observed. Great !!!

Chris was communicative, on time and professional!

Only gave 4 stars because your vehicles a far less than discreet. There is already a social stigma concerning bed bugs. I know that anyone can get them butpeople don't want their neighbors looking at them as "the dirty family" in the neighborhood. Having said that, Paul's service was stellar!

Thorough inspection and he clearly knew his stuff. Did not try to upsell us; provided clear and easy to understand assessment of where our termites were coming from.

Erik came out on time and did a thorough assessment of our property prior to explaining the services he would provide. He was polite and helpful giving suggestions on how we could best keep out pests and rats which is common in East Sacramento. Very much appreciated his professionalism.

Been a customer for 4 years and service has always been top notch. Techs are knowledgeable and always friendly.

Efficient, professional, walked me through the process. Shared what needed to be done, educated me on what he will be doing, what happens when insects touch the spray, and evaluated what might need to be replaced to deter insects from entering my home.

Earthwise has been a conscientious partner in the battle for control over all bugs, critters, etc. around my house for years. Special call out to Zach and Chris who have been kind and careful with my beloved Great Dane, even when he's not acting very nice.

Landon did a great job at my house, paying particular attention to treating the eaves where we saw recent wasp activity.

We had an issue with a roach and Coby was very through in treating the issue.

Landon performed my quarterly service. He got rid of all spider webs and wasp nests and applied a chemical barrier around the house. I spoke with him about specific needs and he was a good listener. I pointed out outdoor ant trails, which he treated, and he also set roach baits in my garage and house

I like Earthwise because they aren’t a huge company and they Care about their Customers! The Guy Zac who comes to my house is a great Technician. He listens to my problems and tries to accommodate me. If you need them to come back before your next appointment! No problems with that.

Had an issue recently and it was very easy to get someone scheduled to come out. Our inspector, Heriberto arrived at the top of the 2-hr window and provided excellent service, he was very thorough and took the time to explain his findings and next steps to us. It was a great experience and we like knowing Earthwise is there when we need them.

Chris was very personable and thorough in his inspection. We trusted his observations and recommendations. Will be returning to Earthwise for future inspections rather than the big name ones.

We have used Earthwise for our home since 2016. We dealt with ant problems for a couple of years and used all forms of store bought ant repellants that never completely worked.
