Two polite and knowledgeable crew members secured my garage from rodent entry with metal boxes and a new door bottom. They swept it clean of hazardous droppings and set traps that they will return to check in a week. The cost was very reasonable. I did my research first. The office staff was courteous and on top of things. I highly recomnend this business.

Seth was very knowledgeable and checked all our entrances for mice there were 2. He was very thorough in checking all of our traps and replaced them. He is a asset to your company. Earthwise is a great company and sent a tech out right away.

Zach is our tech and does amazing work. We discuss our concerns and he listens. Dr-webbing, sprat around all openings and the base of the foundations, and any interior needs if sighted. It's airways a pleasure to have Chris review things at my property. I suspected that a creature had gotten into some material I had stored in a closet. Chris reviewed the situation and determined there was no trace of a creature (no footprints) then also checked my attic for any activity. Everything looked good.

Seth inspected both in the attic and around the house very thoroughly, resetting and rebating Traps as needed. He was very upbeat and positive and courteous. He can come back and inspect next time and it would be welcomed.

Earthwise has been an absolute saving grace for us for almost 5 years now. We first contacted them when we moved into our new home and had a huge rat infestation. They took care of it in a professional and timely manner. Shawn came out most recently to help with some cockroaches that were outside. He was friendly, personable and very helpful !

The technician was right on it and after searching everywhere found what he was looking for. He immediately scheduled the reinforcement team to get it closed up. Very kind and personable. This is a great service in pest management.

Service is great! Super friendly fast and efficient! No more rodent. Every time I call them about an issue. They pick up, great customer service. They send someone out immediately ( within a couple of days) take care of the issue. The technician that comes out he is super friendly, polite, informative and knowledgeable and quick.

Jonny and his colleague were great to work with! They helped us with rodent trapping and exclusion for our entire house. They were both very kind and professional. Would highly recommend.

We were getting inundated by periodic swarms of ants in the warm months and rodents in the cool months. EW sent both an ant & rodent spclst out and appear to have a mgt plan in place to address the situation.

The Earthwise technician came the very same day I called - he took time to get the job ( dead rat in attic) done right. I was so relieved they responded and came so fast. As usual with Earthwise, professional, smoothe, knowledgeable and they are diligent re: needed follow up.

I have been with them 5 years and 2 different homes. They have great customer service and the chemicals they use I feel are safer for kids and pets. 5 stars again. 🤗

Highly recommended. We always recieved excellent communication from their office and thorough service from their techs. Chris and Shawn have been especially great to work with. We've had issues with pests and rodents over the years and tried at least 3 other companies before finding Earthwise. They are by far the best pest control company we've used.

Shawn, the tech that came to do my pest management—rodent check and regular pest abatement is an excellent service tech. He is thorough, knowledgeable, very congenial, and respectful. This company does an excellent job at pest management and Shawn is a great asset to the company!
