Customers frequently praise the knowledgeable staff, reasonable pricing, and consistent grooming results, noting that pets often enjoy the gentle handling. Recurring themes include the availability of food samples and the self-serve wash bay. However, some reviews cite issues with rushed appointments, incomplete services like missing sanitary trims, and unexpected price increases or deposit policies.

We have used EarthWise for our Golden Doodle for a couple of years. They ALWAYS do a fantastic job and the groomers are so sweet and knowledgeable. I also like that my dog gets the same groomer every time.

The food options they hold for both cats and dogs are top rate. They consistently have new foods for your pets to try if they're picky or like to switch out often. They also offer samples of many foods, ensuring your pet gets a chance to try before you buy. I haven't used their spa services yet, but based on how happy everyone seems to be working with animals, it seems like a great business.

The staff helped me pick the right delicious food for my wiener dog by giving me samples.

Update 10/13/2026: Blanca, After receiving your concerns, we made multiple attempts to contact you and left a voicemail, but unfortunately we did not receive a response.
We also discussed the groom with both the groomer and our grooming manager. Puppy haircuts can be particularly challenging, as a puppy's coat is often still developing and may not always fully reflect the finished haircut or allow for the same results that can be achieved with a mature coat. In addition, factors such as coat type, coat condition, puppy behavior during the groom, and the puppy's experience level with grooming can all affect the final outcome.
While we always strive to provide the best possible service and want every client to leave happy, grooming results can vary, especially with young puppies that are still adjusting to the grooming process.
We appreciate the opportunity to have cared for your pet and wish you the very best moving forward. We hope you are able to find a groomer who is a better fit for your expectations and your puppy's grooming needs.
We wish you and your puppy all the best.
We are truly sorry your dog’s grooming result was disappointing and that the haircut did not meet your expectations. This is not the level of quality we want to deliver for our customers or their pets. Please reach out through our official contact channels so we can discuss your concerns and see how we can make things right.
