Really loved this little café! The coffee options are creative & delicious! The whole place was super clean and welcoming, but honestly, the owner was probably our favorite part. He genuinely checked in with every customer who came through the door, and you could tell he really cared about people having a good experience. They also have games to play, which I thought was a fun touch! It gives you a reason to hang out instead of just grabbing your coffee and leaving. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!

Tucked around the corner, and with that elusive hole-in-the-wall charm that you can only get from a local business, this place was a backup option we found in the moment, but I'm glad Plan A didn't work out. The staff were friendly, not just in the professional way, but in a warm way. I got a breakfast sandwich, and it was among some of the best food I've had at cafe. My wife got a latte, and had similar praise for hers. I wish we lived closer, and if we are up this way another time, we'll stop by again, this time as Plan A.

I found this charming little café on 28th Street, and what a gem! A CNU alum and local small business owner has done it right❤️ It’s small, intimate, friendly, and exactly the kind of place I’ve personally been looking for. If you want some peace and quiet, grab a seat inside. If you want to enjoy the sounds and spirit of the local community, sit outside. I sat outside for THREE HOURS, and I’m not exaggerating when I say nearly every person who walked by said “hello” and with a smile. 😊 That alone says something about this little corner of the community. This is officially my new favorite spot. The people working here are absolute gems. They were professional, personable, welcoming, and representing the business in the best possible light. Places like this are a rare find. I tried one of their locally made lemonades from Virginia Beach and the chicken salad and both were yummy! I’m looking forward to go back and try more of the menu. Even better, it didn’t break the bank, and it felt good knowing I was supporting another local small business. If you haven’t been to East End yet, you’re missing out! And to my local artists: they have some wall space that looks like it could use a little local love. 😉 Check out my photos and you’ll see exactly what I mean. Maybe there’s an opportunity to support another small business while showcasing some local talent, too!

An absolute vibe. We tried two seasonal drinks and both were excellent. The espresso has a great richness without a lingering bitter you get in some of those cookie cutter shops. And the friendly, engaging vibe is absolutely what makes it. Tucked away doesn't stop this shop from shining. Highly recommend!

My favorite place on earth now
I came here for the first time with a friend this week and the service was excellent. Staff was very kind and helpful. However, I ordered a dairy alternative in my drink, as did my friend, and I believe we were given regular milk as we were both sick very shortly after. This has happened at other places when they've given me regular milk instead, which is why I believe that is what happened here. Wonderful place, just double check on the dairy alternatives!

I had been wishing for a coffee place on this end of town. Not only did we get that but we got some of the best coffee and most innovative flavors in the 757. Do not sleep on the "secret menu" online. They may be the new kid but they might be setting the bar.
