I highly recommend East Philly Plumbing and Heating. I messaged them on a Saturday asking about a water heater replacement, they got back to me almost immediately. Quoted a price of $1800 for the AO smith water heater that I was looking for. That included the water heater, installation, and removal of the old one. I asked them If they could do Tuesday, but they where not sure if they had someone available and said would Wednesday work. With the heater leaking I said that would be fine , but if there was anyway you could make Tuesday work that would be better. Well they got back to me and were able to make Tuesday work. The time was between 12-2pm, but received a call at 1030 saying they could come now if that worked. Tim crow and his assistant were here by 11am , very professional, and the work was completed within an hour. Everything was absolutely smooth and no issues whatsoever. The price quoted was the price I paid, and no extra surprises charges. Again i highly recommend this company as well as the technician Tim, and will definitely call them for any future needs I have. I had called another company first, they sent someone out and they quoted me $2900 for the same service, and the person they sent out couldn’t answer any of my questions and said he doesn’t install the heaters and doesn’t know much about water heaters lol. Definitely glad I called east Philly plumbing instead. If you are looking for a fast , no hassle plumber definitely call them.
Thank you so much for the detailed review and recommendation! We’re glad we could work around your schedule and replace your leaking water heater quickly, with no surprises or added charges. We’ll be sure to pass your kind words along to Tim and his assistant. We truly appreciate you choosing East Philly Plumbing & Heating and look forward to helping with any future plumbing needs!
