Dr. Stein was amazing with me. He explained everything to me and asked if I had questions. The whole staff was so pleasant and amazing. I highly recommend them. I drove over 1 hour to see them. I was able to get in fast.

The ridiculous amount of repetitive texts and emails was anything but professional. To continue asking the same questions, or sending the same information daily just means your automation is more important to you than common sense.
Excellent customer service. Finally a Doctor who really cares. Highly recommend this Dr. and Diane his office assistant. They are the best.

Paid $590.00 co-pay the day of surgery. Later was sent to collections over a $51.00 balance they decided to add on after only 6 weeks. Wow. Really. With medical insurance claims taking months to work through the system? Like a second colonoscopy all over again.
Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for any confusion regarding the billing process but the outstanding balance was from the physician services side, not the endoscopy center. The team was excellent. They are efficient, knowledgeable and compassionate. I felt comfortable and in great, caring hands the entire time. Grateful for the front desk staff, all the RN’s and the aides as well as the awesome CRNA (anesthesia)
