Very polite and listen to me try to explain. Called within an hour of dropping the car off to explain the issue and the price. Fixed that same day within a couple of hours. Quick and what I felt was a reasonable cost.

Took my car because A/C isn’t bringing out any cold air, walked in and the guy was very rude and thought I was stupid or something because he pretended that I didn’t understand why there’s a fee for a checkup, don’t go there service was okay not great either, over priced for such a bad shop, very messy reception.
