Customers consistently praise the rapid response times, professional demeanor, and fair pricing for services like unlocking vehicles, replacing key fobs, and cutting new keys. The business handles emergency calls efficiently, often arriving within minutes to resolve issues without causing damage. However, a recurring criticism in low-star reviews involves the dispatch of unaffiliated third-party technicians who were perceived as rude, aggressive, and unprofessional during the service interaction.

Great locksmith service! They were quick, professional, and very helpful when I accidentally locked my keys inside my semi-truck. They arrived promptly, opened the truck without causing any damage, and were very friendly throughout the process. The price was fair and the service was excellent. Highly recommend them if you ever need a reliable locksmith!

They were very kind over the phone and negotiated a fair price with me! The service took less than five minutes with a 15 minute wait and it was overall great! I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend!
