Easton Outdoors' Service and Maintenance employee, Frank, did a fantastic job cleaning our old ponds and stream in Oct. 2026. It was a mess, as the previous person who lived there did not take good care of it for many years. Frank was very trustworthy and kept in good communication with us. He did an excellent job! And he followed up by answering my questions and helping me with another issue! He added a net to help keep debris out and made sure the water quality was good and the pond functioned correctly. He offered helpful advice, and we are so very pleased! We will be hiring Frank to keep our pond fresh and functional for years to come! Photos are before and after.
Complete pond cleaning, plant removal, pond component inspection, reconfiguration of sones and liner. The biggest thing was finding the source of leaking and fixing it. This has been a problem for years!
UPDATE OCT 10
I continue to use them and they provide fantastic service!!!
UPDATE MAY 20
I have consistently used them for my large front yard fountain and it has been working great!!! I have recommended them to multiple friends and they have been reliable.
ORIGINAL POST
We have a large fountain in our front yard that suffered pretty significant damage from the tornado that hit Virginia Beach. I was grateful for Easton Outdoors as they were willing to take on the task of cleaning and repairing the fountain. It is running great and looks as good as new!!

Thank you so much for your continued trust and support! We're thrilled to hear your fountain has been performing beautifully and truly appreciate the referrals to your friends. It means a lot to us that you've found our team reliable, and we look forward to helping you enjoy your fountain for years to come!
We had a great experience with Easton. Aside from it taking longer for the job to start than preferred, once they got started they knocked the work out quickly and it turned out beautifully. Communication along the way was outstanding and they made sure we were fully satisfied throughout the project. We highly recommend them if you want a yard that isn’t cookie cutter. Our yard used to be a dirt/dust pit and now it’s the most beautiful yard in the neighborhood. We couldn’t be happier.

We really appreciate the honest review! We know waiting to get started can be frustrating, so we’re glad the project moved quickly once the crew got going. Most importantly, we love hearing that you went from a dirt and dust pit to a yard you’re proud of. Thanks for trusting us to create something you love!
Easton Outdoors did a fantastic job helping us to create a beautiful outdoor retreat! Everyone did a wonderful job! Micah’s initial guidance for the gazebo location and orientation proved spot on when the final structure took shape. Pat’s responses to questions and requests were so immediate, he could have beaten AI. The final touches by Will’s power washing and cleanup were the icing on the cake! His maintenance tips will be invaluable. Thanks everyone!

Will Orr did an outstanding job power washing my paver patio to include resanding the joints and resetting a few pavers. Overall, “every thing that he did was like he was working on his own house.”

Thank you so much for the kind words! Will takes a lot of pride in his work, so hearing that he treated your patio like his own home means a lot. We’re glad you’re happy with the results and appreciate you trusting Easton Outdoors!
Pat, Anderson and their crew are great! We’ve worked with them to install a paver patio and stairs that go down to our dock. We are very happy with both projects. They are easy to work with, provide a high quality product and always follow up quickly if there are any questions or concerns. I recommend them to anyone looking to do an outdoor installation.

from green to gorgeous! Easton installed our beautiful pond a few years ago and recently came to give it a good clean out. If pictures tell a thousand words then I don’t need to say more. Thank you Frank - fabulous job, and in such heat.
