Customers frequently praise the punctuality, professionalism, and thoroughness of technicians who handle rodent, ant, and bee issues. Positive feedback highlights clear communication, detailed explanations of pest behavior, and efficient service scheduling. Criticisms include difficulties with appointment booking, last-minute cancellations, and concerns that exclusion warranties are tied to monthly service agreements without prior disclosure.
