Jay was amazing. He made arrangements to meet with me on my on my time table, as a busy mom without much flexibility to my schedule, this in itself was incredible. Once on site he took great care in walking through the property, which has large sentimental value to me and my family. He was respectful, courteous, but most importantly he was honest. He provided me with options as well as his professional recommendation and I didn’t doubt for a moment he was being genuine. The idea of selling a home is stressful, with so many unknowns on the table, but he put me at ease within the first five minutes of meeting with him.

Easy Home Sale was amazing! Jay was patient, understanding, and so easy to work with while my parents were looking for a new home. He checked in with us once a week and was always such a pleasure to work with.

We received an unsolicited letter from this company expressing their “sincere interest” in purchasing our home and offering $181,000 cash. Our home is worth nearly half a million dollars.
We understand that cash buyers expect to purchase below market value, but offering a homeowner a fraction of their property’s value is not what I would consider a sincere or reasonable attempt to start a conversation. We found the offer extremely insulting and would not consider doing business with this company.
Jay and Geoff took great care of us, and made a difficult situation easy. I highly recommend easy home sale.
