If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT use this garbage delivery service. There is no customer service or recourse when they say your order was delivered and it actually wasn't.

Probably the last time I'm gonna order online from this place. Now let me be fair, they do offer quality stuff, don't get me wrong on that. However, their website messed up consistently when you're trying to pay with checking accounts, their debit card scanners are ALL BROKEN and they REFUSE to replace them, so if you don't have cash on hand congratulations, you're making a surprise trip to the bank or an ATM. I wouldn't be nearly as critical and angry about this if it wasn't EVERY SINGLE TIME I use their delivery service. So until they fix it, I'm giving a 1 star, would be a great choice otherwise if they didn't try to inconvenience you at every turn of check out.

This is the worst dispensary I’ve ever ordered from this is their second time in a row inflating the THC numbers to make a sale and not knowing that their advertising something is Indica that is 50% sativa. I reported to their so-called live agent that they advertised st canal runtz as a 32% Indica And had the nerve to charge $70 for it and when I received the package, it was a 23% THC level and a hybrid. Instead of apologizing to me, they told me there’s room for a 10% error. They’ve done this two out of the two times I’ve ordered it and don’t even acknowledge that. It’s not a full blown in the car like advertised. They have the worst customer service ever they have no morals and you will not get what is advertise on the website and I believe they purposely falsely inflate the THC levels because if there’s room for a 10% error and there one percent away from reaching that, what are the chances they also refuse to give me the cash I paid back for it beware this website is a complete scam

This establishment is top notch by every standard! They are super friendly, kind, helpful and offer an amazing variety, reasonably priced. Special shout out to Jackson who has the best personality on the planet, Randy and Luis and a big thank you to the great security with a smile provided by Erik. We came from Md. and will always return here first stop!
