Google reviewers rate EC Home Inspections five stars based on 679 reviews, with the owner responding to all feedback. Customers frequently praise the thoroughness of standard home inspections, noting that inspectors identify minor issues and deliver detailed digital reports with photos and videos the same day. Positive feedback highlights punctuality, professional communication, and flexible scheduling. However, a small number of low-star reviews criticize the service as unprofessional and claim specific findings were inaccurate, such as misidentifying functional appliances or water stains.

Eric was thorough with his inspection and provided detailed explanations during our post-inspection walk through. I also received the report the same day. I’d recommend Eric to perform your standard inspection needs.

I had a great experience with EC’s Home Inspection service! It featured very detailed work, same-day report delivery, and flexible scheduling. Attention to Detail: Eric checked everything thoroughly and pointed out small issues I would have missed. Fast Turnaround: I got the complete report back on the same day with photos, and details. Flexible Timing: He was able to get me an appointment with short notice before my initial walk through so that I would be able to come in with the report ahead of time. 5/5 stars Highly recommended for anyone buying a home!

Just bought my first home, and I’m SO glad I found EC on TikTok! 🏡✨ Worth every penny! As a female first-time homebuyer who had no clue what to look for, EC came through and checked EVERYTHING. Even the smallest details I would have never noticed on my own. I’m so grateful to have EC come out and making sure I knew exactly what I was getting into. Highly recommend! 🙌🏼
