Customers consistently praise EC Tree Service for its reasonable pricing, punctuality, and thorough cleanup after tree removal and trimming jobs. Reviewers highlight the company's clear communication during scheduling and the careful handling of difficult access points or sensitive landscaping. The sole recurring criticism involves a single instance of unclear written order specifications, which the reviewer linked to a subsequent security concern on their property.

We have used EC Tree Service for many years, and I highly recommend them. Their rates are reasonable and service is excellent. We have a tiny back yard with narrow access, yet when they removed a large tree from our backyard, the crew managed to remove all the debris without disturbing the plantings that lined the access route. They also do a great job cleaning up. A couple of years ago, I had to call them for emergency work for a branch that broke during a storm over the weekend. They responded quickly and took care of the work immediately. I also appreciated that they took photos of their work in case there were insurance issues-- something I hadn't considered in the moment.

EC tree service did a great job in removing a large, dying acacia tree that was on a steep slope, impacting multiple homes. The tree was difficult to access and EC tree service team worked efficiently to remove the multi stem tree and all the branches. They are very affordable; and they communicate well throughout the whole price estimate, city permit, and scheduling process. I really appreciate Elmer and his team’s work on this large tree removal. Thank you!

Elmer (and his crew) were great! They came in a the lowest of 3 bids. They came on time and did the job promptly. There were a few spots that my wife and I expected would look a little different. He finished the job while we were out, so I called him. He brought his crew back 2 days later and went over what we we wanted. One of the differences was that he trimmed a tree a little differently because he felt it was better for the health of the tree. We said we'd like it a different way for appearance, and they went ahead and did it they way we wanted (fingers crossed that the tree will be OK!).
Will be using him in the future! (I posted this to Yelp also...)

I must say that Elmer and the EC Tree company did an outstanding job on implementing the recommendations of Firewise, and I believe our back yard actually looks way better for it. I appreciate that they took the effort to not just "hack away" at things but to make the place look trim and cared for, and they cleaned up afterwards. I thought the prices were reasonable, especially for the work. The Firewise contact was so impressed by their work that they asked to use our backyard as examples of before and after photos. On top of everything, no one from EC Tree company asked me to write this review!!

EC Tree Care has been great to work with. They’ve trimmed my camphor tree several times, and it always looks excellent and healthy afterward.
They also handled a more difficult job of removing a dying tree and grinding the stump deep enough for me to plant a new one in its place. Their team is professional, and their pricing is very reasonable.
