Max and Mike were very professional and quickly determined the problem. The repair was pricey but they were able to give me a discount. It would have cost twice as much to replace the dryer and now it’s working like it did when it was new. Would definitely use this service again.

The office staff (Savannah and Julia) communications were friendly, professional and expeditious! Repair Service exceeded my expectations as engineer (Artur) quickly diagnosed the drain pump issue with the clothes washer, placed the repair part order.
A few days later, the repair (Drain pump replacement ) was performed on September Saturday, in a hot garage. I wasn’t expecting weekend service. However, that quickly got us washing clothes again!! It was a Samsung front load, 10 years old. The repair was performed under an hour ($456 out the door) The machine works like new again! I’d highly recommend ECH appliance repair.

Our Bosch refrigerator freezer had a clogged drain causing ice to form under the freezer and eventually cause a slow leak of water on the floor. We called on Friday afternoon and ECH was able to send Alex out to repair it Saturday morniing.
Alex was knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the work and to give us recommendations for regular servicing of the refrigerator. I'd highly recommend ECH and Alex for appliance repair.

Very disappointing experience with ECH Appliances. The technician spent about 1½ hours diagnosing my washing machine, charged me $164, and concluded the water pump had failed. I asked him to remove the water so I could dispose of the machine. He removed the visible water but left a significant amount underneath the drum, stating that it could not be removed without taking apart the pump and pipes.
After researching the issue myself, I learned that removing most of the remaining water from a washing machine is a relatively straightforward process with the proper procedure, tools, and equipment. This leaves me questioning whether the technician was improperly trained, did not understand the proper procedure, or failed to bring the necessary tools and equipment. Regardless, I feel I was not given an accurate explanation of what could be done.
I contacted the office and requested to speak with the manager/owner and was promised a callback. Two days later, I still have not heard from anyone. My machine still contains a significant amount of water, cannot be transported, and has not been repaired. I am now faced with spending even more money to either have the machine repaired or pay another company—one I can actually trust—to properly drain it so I can dispose of it.
I sincerely hope this review prompts the owner or management to return my call and make an effort to resolve this matter.
Update: The owner eventually returned my call and disagreed with my concerns, stating that my expectations were unreasonable. He later offered to return and remove the remaining water at no charge after seeing my review. I thanked him for the offer but declined, as I was no longer comfortable having the company return to my home.
I’m providing this update simply to reflect what happened after my original review.

To add some context for anyone reading: our technician spent about an hour and a half diagnosing the washer and correctly identified a failed water pump. At your request, he drained the water so you could dispose of the machine, removing everything he could access. The small amount remaining sat beneath the drum, and fully removing it does require taking apart the pump and pipes—work that goes beyond a standard drain. That's the honest explanation he gave you, and it reflects how these machines are built.
You're right that our callback took longer than it should have. This happened during a peak summer heat wave when our team was stretched handling emergency cooling calls, but that's on us, and we apologize for the delay. When the owner did reach you, the goal was simply to explain the technical side—and, after reading your review, to offer a return visit at no charge to remove the remaining water for you. We understand your decision to decline, and we respect it.
