What stood out to me most about my experience at Eco Auto Clean was the exceptional customer service! From start to finish, I was treated with genuine kindness and professionalism. The pricing was fair, and I genuinely felt appreciated as a customer. I also loved how convenient the entire process was. Booking was done online, I paid a deposit to secure my appointment, and after I had a chance to inspect my car, I was able to pay the remaining balance through a link. Simple, convenient, and hassle-free! As for the actual detailing, they did an amazing job! I had spilled a milkshake on the floor in my backseat and couldn’t even wipe it up because I had to rush into work. By the time I got my car back, it was like the spill had never happened! Another thing I really appreciated was that my car wasn’t left smelling like perfume or overpowering air fresheners. They actually CLEANED it instead of trying to cover up odors with fragrances. That makes a huge difference to me. But honestly, the customer service is what will keep me coming back. These days, it sometimes feels like businesses resent having to interact with actual customers, so it was refreshing to encounter people who were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed happy to have my business. I was even encouraged to return, which made me feel valued rather than like just another transaction. Great service, fair pricing, convenient booking, and quality work. I’ll definitely be back and would happily recommend Eco Auto Clean!

Techs got behind and arrived 90 minutes past scheduled appointment time. Found scratch on windshield but can’t verify whether it was already there. For your protection, tech should always inspect windows with car owner before beginning work.

They shampooed the seats and actually got the golden retriever hair out of the upholstery, which I'd pretty much given up on. The inside smells great. The paint is shiny and smooth, the trim looks new and I've never seen wheels this clean. Justin really knows his stuff when it comes to detailing and upkeep. I'm going to buy some upkeep products from Detailers Products based on his recommendations. Booked online on their website which made the process really easy and set up my recurring service too!

Communication was great, my car looks fantastic, and the staff could not be nicer! This was a word-of-mouth recommendation and Eco Auto Clean lived up to the hype. There are things on my car that are clean I didn’t even notice had become dirty. I live out of town, but will be stopping here again when I visit Atlanta. It’s worth the 8-hour drive.

Everyone I talked to was very nice, mobile pricing was reasonable, and the one thing they couldn’t do perfectly (caked on old brake dust) they offered to do for free at the shop with the better gear they have there.
