ECO GREEN CARPET CLEANING TX

The morning of my appointment, Julian called to confirm the time and later called again to let me know the crew was running a little behind. I really appreciated the update because it kept me from sitting around waiting. When they arrived, the team from Eco Green Carpet Cleaning Tx was friendly, professional, and worked efficiently from the start. Our carpets had a lot of heavy wear from a busy household with kids and their friends constantly coming in and out, plus a large dog that leaves behind dirt and oily residue in the carpet fibers. They paid close attention to the high traffic areas and gave the carpet a deep cleaning that made a big difference. By the time they finished, the carpets looked refreshed, brighter, and smelled clean again. I also asked Julian how often carpet cleaning should be done, and he explained that once a year is common, but with this level of traffic and pet mess, every 6 months would be a better plan. That advice was very helpful. I will definitely call again because the carpet looks so much better now that even the kids noticed the difference.

Absolutely 5 stars! If you have carpet or area rugs, this team is the one to call. I have two hand woven rugs that had never been professionally cleaned and had been through a busy family life, several moves, and years of everyday wear. These rugs feel like part of the family, and the crew clearly understands that. They take the time to treat each piece with real care, using detailed rug cleaning methods and giving extra attention when needed to get the best result. Julian in the front office was also very helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. I was truly impressed with the whole carpet and rug cleaning experience. In the McKinney area, it is great to find a company that understands how dust, foot traffic, and everyday Texas conditions can affect carpets and rugs. I would gladly recommend this service to anyone who needs quality carpet cleaning.

Eco Green Carpet Cleaning Tx completely exceeded my expectations. i had never had my carpets professionally cleaned before, so they were in pretty rough shape with heavy traffic dirt and deep stains. now they look amazing and feel fresh again. thomas also cleaned my upholstery, and it came out looking great too with a much cleaner and brighter finish. Not only did thomas do an excellent job with the carpet cleaning, but he was also easy to schedule with and quick to answer any questions i had about the process, drying time, and stain treatment. The whole service felt smooth, professional, and thorough from start to finish. i would definitely recommend this service to anyone needing residential or commercial carpet and upholstery cleaning, and I plan to use them again for future cleaning needs.

I have used Eco Green Carpet Cleaning Tx more than once, and the service has been absolutely fantastic. Randall did an excellent job with my oversized area rug, leaving it deeply cleaned, fresh, and revived. The turnaround was very quick, and I was very happy with how everything looked when it was done. The customer care was excellent from start to finish. After some water damage, I was worried the rug was beyond saving, but it was restored beautifully and now looks like new again. I would highly recommend this service to anyone in McKinney who needs fast response, quality carpet and rug cleaning, and fair pricing.

As a custom builder, I needed help getting a family home ready to sell, especially with carpet cleaning, spot treatment, and a few small repair items. Malachi brought a great crew that handled everything smoothly, including minor drywall touch-ups, a few basic fixes, and deep steam cleaning to refresh and restore the carpets. They were thorough, on time, and easy to work with from start to finish. The carpets looked much cleaner, brighter, and ready for showings. The whole team did exactly what they promised, and the quality of the work really stood out. I would gladly use them again for carpet cleaning and home prep services.

We were very pleased with the carpet cleaning service. After buying a townhouse, we had already cleaned the carpets ourselves several times, but they still needed a true deep carpet cleaning and professional care. The crew arrived on time, handled our antiques with care, and took care of every room from start to finish. The difference was impressive. Most of the carpet looked refreshed and close to new again, which was amazing considering the light off-white color and how much wear it had seen over the years. The home office carpet had been the most heavily stained area, but after the stain treatment and deep cleaning, it looked dramatically better and much fresher. The whole home felt cleaner, brighter, and more comfortable afterward. We would gladly use this carpet cleaning service again.

Above and beyond service. I am very thankful for the carpet and upholstery cleaning help I received, especially from Julian. Not long after we bought a new sofa, we came home and found a stain on one of the cushions. The fabric turned out to be 100% linen, and when we tried to clean it ourselves, the spot only spread and became much worse. I called for help, and Julian got back to me quickly and asked me to send photos of the stain. He picked up the sofa cushion, took it to be professionally treated, and explained that he would work on it carefully for a few days and do his best. I was not very optimistic, but when the cushion was returned, the stain was barely noticeable. The whole result was impressive. He also took time to explain the right way to care for delicate upholstery fabric and how to handle spills before they set in. What started as a stressful mess turned into a very good experience. They have cleaned my carpets for years, and after seeing how well they handled this upholstery stain removal, I trust them with both my carpet cleaning and furniture cleaning.

The team at Eco Green Carpet Cleaning Tx was very professional and quick to respond throughout the whole carpet cleaning process. From scheduling the initial consultation to receiving a clear quote and completing the cleaning, everything went smoothly and felt easy. Randall and the crew were courteous, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the carpet care steps before getting started. Their carpet cleaning service was outstanding. They lifted years of deep stains, heavy traffic marks, and built-up dirt from our carpets, and the rooms looked fresh, bright, and much cleaner when they were done. The whole home felt refreshed afterward, and the carpet fibers looked renewed instead of worn down. We were extremely impressed with the results and would gladly use their carpet cleaning services again in the future. Highly recommended.

I had a 9 x 12 oriental rug that had been in storage for quite a while, and it really needed a deep professional carpet cleaning. I called and spoke with Julian, and after a quick conversation we set up a same day appointment. He arrived promptly, inspected the rug carefully, and did an excellent steam cleaning job. The rug looked much fresher, cleaner, and revived when he finished. Julian was polite, professional, and worked efficiently while still paying close attention to the rug fibers and overall condition. He also shared a few helpful care tips for keeping the rug clean between professional cleanings, which I appreciated. The whole process was easy, convenient, and handled with great customer service. I would gladly use this carpet cleaning service again and would highly recommend it to family and friends. Top notch work.

i booked a carpet cleaning visit with Eco Green Carpet Cleaning Tx to shampoo my carpet and help with a few stains and some discoloration i had made worse by trying to clean it myself. julian arrived on time, looked over the carpet carefully, and explained in simple terms that a standard cleaning would not really fix the discoloration and would likely be a waste of money if that was my main goal. i really appreciated the honest advice instead of being pushed into a service that would not give the results i wanted. He also shared better home care tips for pet stains, including how to blot spots quickly, avoid over-wetting the carpet fibers, and help prevent odor and stain issues from setting deeper into the padding. That kind of honest carpet care guidance is rare, and it showed real integrity and experience. in a busy and warm place like McKinney, where carpets can deal with daily foot traffic, dust, and pet messes, it was helpful to get practical advice that actually made sense. if i need professional steam cleaning, stain treatment, or general carpet care later, i would gladly choose them again because this was a very trustworthy and helpful experience.
