Customers frequently praise Eco Movers for efficient packing, careful handling of items, and professional crew conduct during local and cross-state relocations. Recurring themes include punctuality, clear communication, and staying within budget estimates. However, a small number of low-star reviews cite issues with arriving late within scheduled windows, unexpected price increases, and isolated incidents of crew misconduct. The company maintains a high rating with active owner responses.

Netzer, Cruz, Catalino were great movers! Prompt, efficient, treated our valuables with care. Highly recommend!!
Thank you so much for the great review, Teresa! We are thrilled to hear that Netzer, Cruz, and Catalino were prompt, efficient, and took such good care of your valuables. We truly appreciate your recommendation and for choosing Eco Movers!
Great attitude from the crew despite all the stairs they had to climb... Also thank you Jonathan for being such a great Move coordinator... The reason why only 4 stars is because one box was brought into our living room and left upside down which caused a the hydrogen peroxide bottle to leak all over the interior of the box and it seeped through the cardboard... And our glass coffee table top got chipped somewhere along the move like they ran into a corner or something hard with the edge of the glass... But all in all even the claims department is doing their due diligence... I understand things can break or spill during the course of the move... So I'm not upset about that... It happens..... The extra bonus was that since we had 50 to 60% of our stuff packed prior to their arrival they got the job done in less than 5 hours and we were quoted for 8... As a result our quote was nearly halved at final payout ... I will do business with them again... They are very professional
Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and detailed review, Steve! We’re thrilled to hear that the crew maintained such a great attitude despite all those stairs and that Jonathan provided excellent support as your Move Coordinator. We’re also glad the team was able to complete your move efficiently and that having much of your belongings packed ahead of time helped keep your final cost significantly below the original estimate. We’re sorry to hear about the hydrogen peroxide spill and the chip to your glass coffee table. While we understand that accidents can happen during a move, we know how frustrating it can be when something is damaged or handled improperly. We truly appreciate your understanding and are glad to hear our Claims Department has been responsive and is working diligently to make things right. Thank you again for your understanding, kind words, and continued trust in Eco Movers. We’re grateful to hear you’ll do business with us again, and we look forward to helping you with your next move! 😊

Marcus, Tony, Costel, and Tony G. were extremely professional and courteous. They helped move my father’s estate items150 miles in-state. Each of them worked hard and efficiently. I highly recommend using their packing services as well. It makes a daunting task go so much more smoothly. This team exceeded my expectations and I would recommend Eco Movers to anyone in a heartbeat.

Silverio managed my move extremely well — on time and cross-state delivery within 5 days!
Thank you so much for the wonderful review, Sara! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that Silverio managed your move so exceptionally well! A cross-state relocation can be a lot to coordinate, so getting everything delivered safely and right on time within just 5 days is exactly the efficient, stress-free experience we strive to provide. We would really appreciate a quick SMS from you so we can look up your service details, as we aren't able to find a move under this name in our system. We want to ensure Silverio gets the official recognition he deserves for an incredible job!
This is my third time using Eco Movers, and as usual, they made my move so much easier! Emmanuel and Luis were on top of it, and even fixed my bed frame that had been broken in a previous move (by a different company)— nobody has been able to fix it until now, and it was completely unexpected. I can’t recommend Eco Movers enough, and will continue to use them if I have to move.
Thank you so much for choosing Eco Movers again and for sharing your experience, Nicholette! We are honored to have earned your trust for your third move with us. We're thrilled to hear that Emmanuel and Luis made your move easier and went above and beyond by fixing your bed frame. Your kind words and continued support mean so much to us, and we truly appreciate your recommendation. We look forward to helping you with any future moving needs!
