Customers report that EcoFresh Express provides carpet, upholstery, and tile cleaning services with punctual arrivals, clear communication, and fair pricing. Reviews frequently highlight the team's professionalism, responsiveness to questions, and ability to remove stains and odors from various surfaces. However, low-star feedback indicates a pattern of unresolved issues where promised refunds were not processed and additional fees were charged for expected stain removal services.

I have used EcoFresh several times and have always been pleased. I have used them for carpets, upholstery and tile cleaning. Such great work! Scheduling is quick and easy, great communication concerning appointments and arrival times, and always friendly, hard -working, knowledgeable people who give 100 % when they work! I also appreciate the reasonable and fair pricing for this service. There are also communications sent when a special offer or pricing discount is available, which is always appreciated. Thank you James and all of your crew for your excellent work ethic and concern for always doing a quality job!

Wow, Diane! 🤩 This review completely blew us away! Serving repeat clients like you for carpets, upholstery, and tile is the absolute best part of what we do. 🧼✨ James and the whole crew are so grateful for your kind words about our scheduling, communication, and work ethic. Thank you so much for being such a wonderful part of the EcoFresh family! 🙌💙
I used EcoFresh to clean the carpet at not the apartment I moved out of as well as my new house. My new house had white carpet that had been installed when the house went on the market. Unfortunately, the contractors that were doing renovations before I moved in did not put down carpet shield and the white carpet was no longer white. The EcoFresh team came out and worked their magic and it looks fantastic! They clearly know what they are doing and walked me through the different cleaning agents and how they decided the best course of treatment. They are clearly carpet experts and know what they are doing! They are now my go-to carpet cleaners and I highly recommend hiring them for your carpet care needs!

Wow, Tonya! 🤩 Seeing that 'brand-new' transformation is what we live for! Tile and grout can be super sneaky with hiding dirt, so we're thrilled we could bring your floors back to life.
