Jesse Hart was punctual, personable, and professional. He let me know when he was on his way, came to the door, and asked whether there were any problems he should address. He also explained the work he planned to do and helped bring one of my dogs inside. I highly recommend Jesse and his service.

Extremely disappointing experience with this company. While the main office staff is polite, there is a serious lack of communication, organization, and accountability. Throughout our time with this company, several services required multiple attempts to complete. We repeatedly experienced situations where the office would tell us one thing, only for the technician to arrive unaware of what was scheduled or without the necessary materials to complete the job. The final straw was our second flea treatment. We have a 4-month-old baby and a small dog, so having to vacate our home for the recommended four hours requires significant planning. Our appointment was scheduled for a Saturday between 12–4 p.m. Since weekends are the only time we can coordinate having everyone out of the house due to my husband's work schedule, we planned an entire day trip out of town to accommodate the treatment. After we had already left town, the technician called to inform us that he did not have the necessary product to perform the service and that we would need to reschedule. We immediately contacted the main office, understandably upset, only to be told they could not arrange for another technician to complete the job that day. Their only solution was to reschedule. Since they are closed Sundays, this would have meant waiting yet another week for a treatment that had already been attempted two weeks earlier without success. What frustrated me most was the complete lack of accountability. Mistakes happen, but when a company repeatedly fails to communicate internally and comes unprepared for scheduled services, the inconvenience should not continuously fall on the customer. We had rearranged our entire day, traveled out of town with an infant and a dog, and were left without the service we were promised. Ultimately, we decided to cancel our service. Being polite on the phone means very little when there is no follow-through, accountability, or effort to make things right. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, organized pest control services, especially families who have to make significant arrangements to accommodate treatments.

I called EcoGuard on Saturday regarding what I thought might have been a mouse issue in our garage. The person I talked with on the phone was extremely helpful and friendly, taking the time to answer all my questions. We set up an appointment for a tech to come out to our house on Tuesday. This afternoon (Tuesday), their tech Gabriel, showed up on time, exactly as promised (calling 30 mins before he arrived), and took a look at our issue. He wasn't sure what it was we had and openly said so. He reassured it that it wasn't mice/rats/rodents, but that was all he felt comfortable saying. He then took some photos and shared them with his team, asking for assistance and with their help, he was able to tell us it was most likely carpenter ants, and that it was something we could take care of on our own with a DIY solution. There was no charge for the visit. EcoGuard's honesty and willingness to help us out, without selling us something we didn't need, may have cost them a sale today, but guarantees a future customer should our needs change. Cannot recommend them enough.
