Great service

They are the best, even when we forget they are coming...opps! We foster puppies/dogs and they accommodate the mess that causes. Our home is part of an open nature reserve and they are respectful of the wildlife that surrounds the area.

The service tech was on time. He was polite and efficient. Have received good service on all visits.

I was told it can take a few weeks for pest activity to subside after the initial treatment. After four months (2 treatments), there's been no noticeable decrease in activity (my target was insects). You typically have the same person servicing your home so they get used to what you like and are friendly.

I'm very pleased with the service from EcoGuard. The technicians are great- they notify me the day before they are coming out to spray. They are always professional looking and do a thorough job. In addition, their customer service is top notch. If I call for anything they are on top of it right away. Couldn't ask for more.

Seems like it worked - no more spiders or stink bugs. I also appreciate that they removed the already existing spiderwebs while they were here.

EcoGuard's Service Technicians are always very professional and informative of what services they were providing on each visit. Always ask if there is anything specific to focus on before starting making sure all concerns are addressed in that visit.

David did a great job especially taking care of several wasp nests that were too high for me to reach. He sprayed the house inside and out and made sure I, as a first time user, understood the process. I’m extremely happy with the service and would recommend it highly!
