So helpful and friendly
Great service
They are the best, even when we forget they are coming...opps! We foster puppies/dogs and they accommodate the mess that causes. Our home is part of an open nature reserve and they are respectful of the wildlife that surrounds the area.
The service tech was on time. He was polite and efficient. Have received good service on all visits.
I was told it can take a few weeks for pest activity to subside after the initial treatment. After four months (2 treatments), there's been no noticeable decrease in activity (my target was insects). While on a general subscription service, I also had a rat problem come up. The associate told me I could pay some…
What a great job!! The attention to detail and care for the entire home did not go unnoticed- Thank you for looking out for our best interests and we look forward to having EcoGuard take care of our house. Great job!
You typically have the same person servicing your home so they get used to what you like and are friendly.
I’ve had one service that I had a few issues with. I contacted EcoGuard and they quickly resolved the concerns and provided customer service you don’t see much of these days. The tech was professional, responsive, understanding and provided excellent service! Thank you Kevin!
I love EcoGuard, they are the best around. They are responsive, friendly and professional. They are the most comprehensive with their approach as well. And they make sure the job is done right. I highly recommend them.
I'm very pleased with the service from EcoGuard. The technicians are great- they notify me the day before they are coming out to spray. They are always professional looking and do a thorough job. In addition, their customer service is top notch. If I call for anything they are on top of it right away. Couldn't ask for more.
Austin, the route manager came to my door and gave me an amazing discount because he was taking care of some of my neighbors. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The service tech did everything that was promised by Austin. Looking forward to using this company for a while.
Very good service, I don't see any insects like I used to.
We have had many pest control companies over the years and EcoGuard has quickly become our favorite. From the friendly staff that picks up the phone to the awesome, very responsive technicians that don't just do their job but care that all of your problems are addressed, EcoGuard is by far the best pest control…
GReat work
All of the above and always courteous.
They use quality products. Professional serviced.
they are very responsive, professional and reasonably priced..
Seems like it worked - no more spiders or stink bugs. I also appreciate that they removed the already existing spiderwebs while they were here.
EcoGuard's Service Technicians are always very professional and informative of what services they were providing on each visit. Always ask if there is anything specific to focus on before starting making sure all concerns are addressed in that visit.
David did a great job especially taking care of several wasp nests that were too high for me to reach. He sprayed the house inside and out and made sure I, as a first time user, understood the process. I’m extremely happy with the service and would recommend it highly!
Friendly, prompt service.
I’ve used this company for the last year and let me just tell you, I’ve recommended them to at least 5 other people because of the customer service. Josh is primarily the one I’ve dealt with and he’s absolutely one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. I had another pest control company prior and would always see…
