100% took care of our ant problem in one visit! Very friendly & excellent value for a low price.
Customers for over 12+ years. I’ve got nothing but great things to say about this company. Love that they are family owned and family members are their staff
I've had a great experience with EcoGuard and all their representatives and their technician. They listen to any special requests and arrive when promised.
We greatly appreciate David's service and insight into our pest control needs. He is always professional, friendly, and goes above and beyond in his service of our property.
Excellent service! These guys go above and beyond to make sure they do a complete thorough job. I have been using them for years. The price is very reasonable too. They even come out in between scheduled service dates If we need anything extra done. I highly recommend them!
You typically have the same person servicing your home so they get used to what you like and are friendly.
Outstanding service
Very professional. Zack was on time and listened to my concerns. Customer service is easy to reach.
Aaron was great, friendly, knowledgeable and he did a great job!
I’ve had one service that I had a few issues with. I contacted EcoGuard and they quickly resolved the concerns and provided customer service you don’t see much of these days. The tech was professional, responsive, understanding and provided excellent service! Thank you Kevin!
Always expeditious, thorough, professional.
Great service from EcoGuard. They are willing to work with your schedule and have had tremendous help with ants and keeping things at bay.
Austin, the route manager came to my door and gave me an amazing discount because he was taking care of some of my neighbors. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The service tech did everything that was promised by Austin. Looking forward to using this company for a while.
Very good service, I don't see any insects like I used to.
Very professional folks. Garage had a spider problem which they worked on and eliminated. I would recommend them.
Seems like it worked - no more spiders or stink bugs. I also appreciate that they removed the already existing spiderwebs while they were here.
EcoGuard's Service Technicians are always very professional and informative of what services they were providing on each visit. Always ask if there is anything specific to focus on before starting making sure all concerns are addressed in that visit.
David did a great job especially taking care of several wasp nests that were too high for me to reach. He sprayed the house inside and out and made sure I, as a first time user, understood the process. I’m extremely happy with the service and would recommend it highly!
Friendly, prompt service.
I’ve used this company for the last year and let me just tell you, I’ve recommended them to at least 5 other people because of the customer service. Josh is primarily the one I’ve dealt with and he’s absolutely one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met. I had another pest control company prior and would always see…

Service people are friendly.
The technicians are friendly and thorough. I’ve used EcoGuard multiple times and only once have I called them back when more bugs showed up - they came back immediately, hassle free and even called afterwards to make sure we were all set. Highly recommend!
I’ve been using them for about 5 years for pest prevention and rodent control at my Sacramento residences. They have always been pretty good and only had 1 issue where they fixed it immediately. It’s been nice never having bugs in the house.
We appreciate Nick’s professionalism and taking time answering our questions. From initial inspection/treatment and a week after follow up, he provided an excellent service. Knowledgeable and friendly. Will recommend!

It’s always a pleasure having the technician come out and spray our house. He is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We would highly recommend this company and this technician to anyone!
I told him that we were having an issue with gnats. He said he’d see what he could do. Although we won’t know for a couple days, I like the fact that the technicians always try to help, they never say they can’t do it.
We met both the Area Sales Mgr, Austin & the Technician, Nick. Nick was everything Austin had expressed about all their technicians. Nick was substituting for Daniel. My Husband & I met with Nick.
