Technician did a great job today!
Great service, friendly and on time and quick. And it worked! Really prompt follow up, too.
Amazing!!! He was VERY receptive of what I needed, he asked on point questions and my service was performed quickly and efficiently! So happy I found them!
Reps address your concerns and are always professional!
Thank you!
Steve is great! We used to have Terminex but changed to EcoGuard and we have been very happy with our decision.
My technician was very professional, thorough, and had amazing customer service! Thank you!!
We have used EcoGuard for years and will continue to use their services for years to come! Always responsive, professional, efficient and affordable. Thank you EcoGuard!!!
Jared was our technician. He was communicative via text and phone regarding his status and arrival. He was on time, professional, thorough and just an absolute pleasure. Most pest companies have poor reviews, not EcoGuard Pest Management, they are the real deal.
Really know their business and very good at checking out the complete problem and solving it.
Very Professional knowledgeable I’m very happy to contact this company
These people are good, they come as many times as needed to get cockroaches and bugs out. Very kind and professional people.
The phone person was responsive and had answers to my questions about the poisons used and the risk to the pet cats and dogs that live in the area and the wildlife, like owls and hawks, that eat mice. I was concerned about poisoning any of them. And my concerns were alleviated. Devin, the tech who came out, was…
Very quick response - was able to spray the very next day I called!
They always have such nice people.
Technician was courteous and professional...however, we still have some ants in our master bath....this is a persistent problem and we may have to employ the Nuclear Option to solve it
Nice guy, professional
I'm a happy camper. No more ants!!!
he always asks how we are and what issues we are having, and remembers the last visit and is very concerned about our home and how he can make it better, very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable
Corey showed up on time and got the job done. He explained the work and performed it in a motivated, enthusiastic and efficient manner. I look forward to working with him in the future.
I love EcoGuard. I always get a text before they come asking if I need anything extra or if I have any pets out, gates locked. They show up on time and they always do a GREAT job. Thank you !!
Excellent service, very friendly and professional. Very responsive and always ask if there are any problems that need attention.
Great service and value. Came to my door and we addressed the past experiences of the home and was informed of some issues, I never would have thought of. Tech was awesome, efficient, friendly and did a great job
Mike? ...and all the techs are very polite and very helpful! Thank You! : )
Jesse is our tech and we needed some help between our monthly visits. He is a wonderful guy, very kind and willing to do whatever we need for controlling the bug world. We've been with the company just a few months and the experience has been great. Good communication.
Always prompt, knowledgeable and professional.
The technician was on time, professional and friendly .
Ryan is prompt and professional. He is very personable and listened to all of our concerns. He is also extremely knowledgeable! We are happy with our service and will use them in the future. EcoGuard sent Ryan out the next morning since we have a new born and we were worried about ticks. FYI: they don’t jump! Thanks, Ryan. Exceptional customer service.
Bob is always the best. Not sure if it worked still saw ants on our floors and counters today but we'll give it a few days.
Jeremie is very friendly and fast!
I asked him clean cobwebs around house and he does wonderful job. We also had ants problem. He came out clear that up. He is courteous and friendly.
Jesse was great. He was professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend EcoGuard!!
First service and our tech was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Looking forward to the results over the next month to be better able provide more feedback.
Kyle knows his bugs! He's a wealth of other buggy information too!
Tech was awesome!
I live near the country and a huge pond so I have what I call country critters and the heat makes them want to come inside. Jeremie is great. Always so personable and does a wonderful job. He even finds things I have missed and has really helpful advice. I have used other services in the past and I have to say I am…
Regular service. They always come to the door before starting and ask if there is anything specific to report or take care of, in case something is needed beyond the regular work.
I've been receiving service from EcoGuard Pest Management for several years and have never been disappointed. Prior to EcoGuard I used another company and always had ants, spiders and wasps. It seem like they never away. Not with EcoGuard. They provide excellent service and priced reasonably. I'm very grateful I found them! Thank you EcoGuard!
We have been very happy with the company. We live in Sacramento, and contracted for regular service every two months. Recently, during the heat wave, we had a problem with very determined ants. Our technician was great, and we are finally ant free.
We currently moved to a new home and were disappointed to find that our new place had ants. I found ecoguard and I'm so glad I did! They scheduled with me immediately and after the first service we did not see ants again for months! Great service, good quality, every tech we've met so far is super friendly and informative.
They go over and beyond on what they’re supposed to do great company
Fantastic company, always there when you need them (even when the bugs make an unscheduled appearance). Very Professional and the best thing is they listen to your concerns and check with you before they leave to make sure you are very satisfied with the services. Highly recommended!
EcoGuard did a great job getting rid of my ants. Super excited to have them coming out on a regular basis to keep our home pest free!
