Steve was on time, kept me informed when he was arriving. Gave an inspection and sprayed around the outside of house for any pests. Very knowledgeable and taught me a thing or two to look out for and what it was that was lurking.

The technician did a careful inspection of the areas where we'd been getting bitten. He found no evidence of bed bugs, and concluded that it was a flea infestation, likely related to the fox family that had been living under and on our deck for a few weeks prior to today. We were very grateful for this information.
