Amazing!!! He was VERY receptive of what I needed, he asked on point questions and my service was performed quickly and efficiently! So happy I found them!
I've had EcoGuard service for years. I always got personal and professional service and advice. Thank you.
Reps address your concerns and are always professional!
Professionalism is bar none. Highly technical as well.
I have been using EcoGuard for a few years now. Their technicians are always on time, friendly, and explain everything very well. Currently, I had extermination services for moles in my yard. Kyle is so nice and does his job well.
Yesterday service was completed and today I saw a few cockroaches running around inside the house doesn’t seem like the spray helped kill off cockroaches
Thank you!
My technician was very professional, thorough, and had amazing customer service! Thank you!!
We have used EcoGuard for years and will continue to use their services for years to come! Always responsive, professional, efficient and affordable. Thank you EcoGuard!!!
Jared was our technician. He was communicative via text and phone regarding his status and arrival. He was on time, professional, thorough and just an absolute pleasure. Most pest companies have poor reviews, not EcoGuard Pest Management, they are the real deal.
Very Professional knowledgeable I’m very happy to contact this company
Very responsive, professional and good value.
The phone person was responsive and had answers to my questions about the poisons used and the risk to the pet cats and dogs that live in the area and the wildlife, like owls and hawks, that eat mice. I was concerned about poisoning any of them. And my concerns were alleviated. Devin, the tech who came out, was…
Nice guy, professional
he always asks how we are and what issues we are having, and remembers the last visit and is very concerned about our home and how he can make it better, very easy to talk to, very knowledgeable
Corey showed up on time and got the job done. He explained the work and performed it in a motivated, enthusiastic and efficient manner. I look forward to working with him in the future.
Our technician always does a great job and is obviously a really nice young man. My only complaint about the service is they tell you when they are coming out, but never give a time frame
I love EcoGuard. I always get a text before they come asking if I need anything extra or if I have any pets out, gates locked. They show up on time and they always do a GREAT job. Thank you !!
Excellent service, very friendly and professional. Very responsive and always ask if there are any problems that need attention.
Great service and value. Came to my door and we addressed the past experiences of the home and was informed of some issues, I never would have thought of. Tech was awesome, efficient, friendly and did a great job
Always prompt, knowledgeable and professional.
The service is amazing and effective! I highly recommend if your looking for a family owned pest control company in sacramento!
I just missed the technician, we passed on the street next to my court. I didn't catch her name on the voicemail message she left me but I sure appreciate knowing what she found and how she treated my property. I am grateful that EcoGuard is willing to come even when I can't be here. Thanks for all that you do!
I requested a call before the tech arriving. I received a response to that email request; "Absolutely!", but I did not receive the call beforehand. As always, the tech was very professional. My husband arrived a few minutes after EcoGuard. He did not smell the chemical spray on the side of the house, like he…
Ryan is prompt and professional. He is very personable and listened to all of our concerns. He is also extremely knowledgeable! We are happy with our service and will use them in the future. EcoGuard sent Ryan out the next morning since we have a new born and we were worried about ticks. FYI: they don’t jump! Thanks, Ryan. Exceptional customer service.
Jeremie is very friendly and fast!
Reasonably priced, very efficient, the same technician comes each time (we've used them for several years) and he does an excellent job
I asked him clean cobwebs around house and he does wonderful job. We also had ants problem. He came out clear that up. He is courteous and friendly.
The technician was very polite and informative. He cleaned the eaves, sprayed the property line, exterior of house, garage and put pellets in the grass where we noticed cockroaches lately. We are very satisfied with the service.
First service and our tech was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Looking forward to the results over the next month to be better able provide more feedback.
Kyle knows his bugs! He's a wealth of other buggy information too!
Tech was awesome!
I live near the country and a huge pond so I have what I call country critters and the heat makes them want to come inside. Jeremie is great. Always so personable and does a wonderful job. He even finds things I have missed and has really helpful advice. I have used other services in the past and I have to say I am…
Regular service. They always come to the door before starting and ask if there is anything specific to report or take care of, in case something is needed beyond the regular work.
Then technician was very friendly and courteous. He let me know I was the last house and let me know it would be an evening appointment. He did a great job getting the extra areas that were needed. I’m really liking this pest control business and would recommend 🙂
I've been receiving service from EcoGuard Pest Management for several years and have never been disappointed. Prior to EcoGuard I used another company and always had ants, spiders and wasps. It seem like they never away. Not with EcoGuard. They provide excellent service and priced reasonably. I'm very grateful I found them! Thank you EcoGuard!
They go over and beyond on what they’re supposed to do great company
Fantastic company, always there when you need them (even when the bugs make an unscheduled appearance). Very Professional and the best thing is they listen to your concerns and check with you before they leave to make sure you are very satisfied with the services. Highly recommended!
Amazing service from this company. Kyle and Kevin are very professional and always on time. Strongly recommend this company for anyone who needs pest control.
