Such a great company! Timely, effective, friendly service. I have them scheduled to service my furnace every fall--and every winter, I rest assured that my furnace won't let me down.
We worked with EcoHeat to replace our broken AC unit and aging gas furnace with a new Mitsubishi heat pump and air handler. Jesse, Bombo, Josue, and Javier were all fantastic to work with. Extremely professional, prompt, communicative, and considerate of our space and our needs. We particularly appreciated that they made sure to sweat the details and ensure that the job was done right, and to our satisfaction. Overall it's a big upgrade and improvement to our home. Highly recommended!
Ecoheat was recommended to us by two different people and did not disappoint! The owner, Thomas, visited to do our quote for a new furnace and unlike some other companies did not try to upsell us on an air conditioner or larger unit. Their office staff, Deven, was great at communicating promptly and clearly through the process, scheduling to billing. Installers Dylan and Javier were polite, efficient, tidy, and explained clearly how the new unit works and how to maintain it. When the job was slightly delayed due to a third party electrician being unavailable, Ecoheat's owner communicated the problem promptly, found a different electrician for us, offered a new filter cabinet to compensate for our delay, and came out to meet the new electrician and apologize again in person for the delay. Outstanding customer service! We look forward to having Ecoheat as our HVAC contractor going forward.

EcoHeat goes above and beyond expectations. If I could give them 10 stars, I absolutely would! They have serviced my furnace for a couple of years and have always done a great job. When it was time to replace both my furnace and A/C, they took the time to understand my needs, evaluate the size of my home, and recommend a system that would be the best fit for me. Their quote was extremely reasonable compared to other companies, and they were able to provide a higher-quality system as well. During the quote process, they identified an issue that was negatively affecting how efficiently part of my home was heating and cooling. They explained the problem clearly and provided a simple and effective solution. They even offered to remove some old debris left under the house from a previous HVAC remodel—something they certainly didn't have to do. The entire EcoHeat Team was professional, friendly, hardworking, and respectful of my home. They took great care throughout the installation. It was clear that they genuinely cared about doing a good job and making sure it all turned out as it should. I highly recommend EcoHeat if you’re in need of HVAC professionals!!

My furnace quit working in the beginning of summer. I knew I didn't need heat so I put it off for 3 months. Two friends recommended Eco Heat so I called them. They had an opening and came the same day. I had checked the thermonatate and even put in new batteries. But it turned out the batteries were bad and Mark the tech caught it right away. He then checked the rest of the syster to made sure that the system was working and even changed the filter for me. I know it needed to happen but I was lazy and had not changed the filter in over 6 months. These people are the real deal. No upsell or issues..just fixed the problem and now I'm ready for winter.
