Customers frequently praise the thoroughness of deep cleaning services, noting that staff members are punctual, professional, and effective in removing dirt from surfaces like floors and baseboards. Positive feedback often highlights the team's friendliness and the use of eco-friendly products, with many clients expressing satisfaction with the overall results. However, several reviews criticize inconsistent service quality, citing instances where promised tasks were skipped, cleaning times were shorter than expected, or communication regarding scheduling and follow-ups was poor.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about ecomaids and the amazing team who cleaned our home yesterday! Amber and Ulyana started the job, and Tara and Ravan came in to help Amber finish everything. Every single one of them did an absolutely incredible job. We had a full-house deep cleaning because we recently moved out of our 16-year-old home, and they somehow made it look brand new again! There truly wasn’t a spot missed. They were incredibly thorough, and the attention to detail was beyond anything I expected. Honestly, they did such an amazing job that after seeing my house this clean, I almost don’t want to move anymore! 😂 It looks THAT good. I am so impressed with the entire team and would highly recommend ecomaids to anyone looking for a professional, thorough, and truly exceptional cleaning service. Amber, Ulyana, Tara, and Ravan — thank you for making our home look better than it has in years! You all were amazing!
Thank you so much for the incredible review! We are absolutely thrilled to hear how pleased you were with your move-out deep clean. The team loved working on your home, and hearing that they made your home look brand new again truly made our day! (And we love that it almost made you want to stay! 😂) Thank you for trusting ecomaids with such an important transition, and for recommending our team. We wish you all the best in your new home!
Just moved to cumming and needing my place cleaned these people didn't even bother to show up on time and when I called the owner acted like she didn't even remember the appointment. At this point I called another company and they came out, this appointment was made weeks ago. Not very helpful
Hello Danae. I take all feedback seriously; however, I do not recall any interaction with you today or weeks ago and have no record of a client or interaction by your name in our system. I believe this review may have been intended for a different business. All ecomaids appointments are provided a quote via email and are confrimed with a credit card. I encourage you to reach out to me at 770-870-1841, if you believe there is a misunderstanding so we can help resolve it. Sara Kuchinski , owner

I’m deliriously happy with the job Ecomaids did for us! Jesse and Tara arrived on time and cleaned our house better than any company we’ve had before. They offered many suggestions on ways of cleaning that would be helpful to our chemical sensitive family. I will arrange to have them back every 4 weeks and I look forward to an ongoing relationship with them in the future. They exceeded my expectations!
