Reviewers highlight professional technicians who provide thorough inspections, clear explanations, and effective treatments for insects and rodents. Customers frequently praise the company for punctual appointments, accommodating scheduling, and responsive customer service that makes them feel valued. While most feedback is positive, a small number of low-star reviews criticize recurring visits for being rushed and ineffective, noting difficulties in securing same-day or short-notice appointments despite advertised availability.

I work with Economy Exterminators at a few buildings I manage. They are very easy to work with. They take good care of our building and they get the job done. These guys are outstanding! They’re kind, thorough, consistent, and definitely know their stuff. One of the things we like most is their long-term team — we feel totally comfortable having them in our home. The bugs? Well, they’re no so crazy about them. We highly recommend Economy Exterminators! We wouldn’t use anyone else.
