Jacob was a consummate professional, detail oriented, friendly and communicative, everything I can hope for out of a tow service. Great price as well (reimbursed in any case but still notably inexpensive for the area). Handled garage tow perfectly (remember to specify ramp clearance).

Our team takes great pride in offering reliable, affordable towing in Milpitas and San Jose. Navigating a tight parking garage can definitely be tricky, so we appreciate you mentioning the importance of ramp clearance. Our drivers are specifically trained in parking garage towing to ensure every vehicle is handled perfectly and safely. Thank you for choosing Economy Tow!
Incredibly responsive, super friendly, very accomodating, and even helped me schedule a tow for a lower rate. These guys have the best prices around by a LOT. Highly recommend them. Extremely professional

Had the honor to have the owner himself to tow my car. Went his way out to get my car out of a 4 floor garage when his truck couldnt fit in the entrance.

Matthew, thank you for the review and appreciation! It turns out older downtown parking garage construction is sometimes less than under the standard 7 ft. But we don't give up that easy, where there is a will there is a way!
I never thought I'd be writing this, but I had the best towing experience I've ever had with Economy Towing. My car was having trouble shifting on the road, so I pulled into a gas station and gave them a call. From the time I called to the time I got to my house, it was within 30 minutes — I've never had a tow arrive that quickly. I thought it would take twice as long.
Both the dispatcher and the driver were extremely professional, and the pricing was very reasonable for the speed and efficiency. I would have expected to pay twice as much for the quality and timeliness.
I would recommend anyone in the Fremont, Newark, Union City, Milpitas area to use Economy Tow. Very, very satisfied customer.

Great experience with Scott! He was very friendly and helpful. My motorcycle is very heavy and wouldn’t start, and he went above and beyond to help me push it out of the underground garage and get it safely onto the tow truck. Appreciate his help, recommended!

This is the most professional, honest and corteous towing service I have used. He managed to diagnose/root cause the issue on the spot which saved us a trip to the mechanic shop (it was simple to fix and I was able to do it myself). Strongly recommended.

H, thank you for such kind words! We take huge pride in being a trusted, local towing company that drivers can depend on. Towing can be stressful, so we make it our priority to take care of people with the utmost respect.
Very responsive and helpful and knowledgable!! They helped tow my car from SF to South Bay, and they were able to help me within a few hours of me calling. They also asked me whether my car was AWD and automatically made sure I got a flatbed tow because it was. Their prices are very reasonable, they were significantly cheaper than several other places I called. Would definitely recommend them!

Excellent service, and caring people works at this company. My car broke down two blocks from the shop. I was very worry and sad as the repair is going to cost me a lot. I called them and they were there immediately. Very nice driver and he didn't want to charge me a penny. I cried as this doesn't happen now ways. In times of need, this company shows up for people. They are not just a company, they care for our community. Thank you very much economy tow. God bless you.

Hello Gabriela, you are welcome. I was a block away and happy to help. It was more like two driveways, 50 more feet and you would have made it! Hopefully your repair is a quick fix.
