I’ve been using EcoTek for quite a few years now, and both of my sons use them too. We’re on a regular maintenance schedule and their service works — we don’t have problems with spiders or other pests, which is exactly what I’m paying for! Serge is the one who comes out to my house and he has customer service locked in. He takes the time to explain everything, answers my questions, and never makes me feel rushed. He’s respectful, professional, thorough, and just genuinely wonderful to deal with. I honestly can’t say enough good things about him or the service EcoTek provides. It’s hard to find this kind of customer service anymore. Highly recommend them!

I've been using Serge and Eco-Tek for over 2 years now. I have 4 treatments per year and have been nothing but satisfied. Each trip he is here exactly when he says he will be. This last treatment he postponed because the weather wasn't ideal for treatment, which was very impressive to me. When he arrives he explains the treatment plan for the day but also asks me if there are any areas I would like treated. Now, I just turn him loose in the house and know he will take great care of things. We have 2 dogs and he makes sure to consider them when treating. I could not be happier and would highly recommend Serge and EcoTek to anybody.

My folks recommended EcoTek to me. Had Serge out to assess my property and then back to treat for spiders and install a few rodent bait stations (to make sure there are no unwanted guests seeking refuge as the weather turns). Really impressed with the cost per quarter and how easy everything has been on my end. Serge is a nice guy and super friendly! I feel like my house is in good hands and I'm happy to have him back in the future! Serge provided a lot of great information about EcoTek's services, what to expect, how the bait stations and spray treatment works, and tips to ensure that there's fewer opportunities for rodents to infiltrate the foundation of my 120 year old home. I really appreciate Serge's help and expertise! I've been really impressed with EcoTek and I'm enjoying my new peace of mind. Thanks!

Serge is the man! He is prompt, a thorough communicator, and friendly. We had a wasp infestation in our mudroom wall, along with a few nests under our eaves. He took care of the job efficiently and thoroughly. I even learned a lot about wasps and their behaviors from him as well! Appreciate ya! If we have any future wasp issues, we'll definitely give him a call again. Thanks! -drew
