We ordered windows from EcoView and paid half upfront, expecting the project to be handled professionally and within the timeline we were given. Not only are they already behind on the original timeline, but they have now failed to show up for two separate scheduled times. Since paying half up front we have had little/unclear communication with this company. With us having to reach out after they failed to show up.
Both times, we took off work and made arrangements to board our dogs specifically for the installation, only for no one to show up. This is incredibly frustrating and disrespectful of our time, especially when we have already paid a substantial amount of money upfront. -Kevin and Gage Gardner
⭐ Very Disappointed With the Warranty Service
Unfortunately, our experience with EcoView has been extremely disappointing, especially when it comes to honoring the lifetime warranty that was represented to us when we purchased our windows.
We trusted this company to replace all 25 windows in our home, so this was a significant investment for our family. We reported a problem with one of the windows approximately four months ago, and it still has not been properly resolved.
The first explanation we received was that the secretary had failed to register our warranty claim. After waiting again, we were then told that the replacement window had been broken. Today, after another long wait, they finally came to our home, only to bring a window that was the wrong size.
What makes this situation even more concerning is that I personally explained to the owner that we have a toddler in our home and that the damaged window presents a serious safety concern for our family. Despite communicating the urgency of the situation, months have passed without a proper resolution.
A lifetime warranty is one of the reasons customers feel confident making such a large investment. Unfortunately, based on our personal experience, the warranty service and follow-through have not met the expectations that were promised to us.
After purchasing 25 windows from this company, I expected much better communication, professionalism, and customer service. At this point, I cannot recommend this company, particularly to anyone who is relying on their lifetime warranty.
I hope EcoView takes responsibility, honors the warranty, and resolves this issue correctly and promptly.

Please call 832-966-7443, we always will warranty our work, our products don't require registration, our owner owns muilble locations in 10 state and doesnt have a secretary or speak to customers, so we are very confused with the review.. EcoView did a fantastic job on the window replacement. Vinny and his crew did an outstanding job. More importantly, the wife loves it. My home looks beautiful plus the fact that my equity went up substantially. I would highly recommend EcoView to my family and friends.
This is an update-EcoView Windows promised me $1000 check at the end of installation. I emailed their company weeks ago and received no reply. If they are going to resort to these kinds of tactics to get customers to buy windows, then I would look elsewhere. The windows look good and the installers were top notch, but a promise was made and not honored. I would not recommend this company to my family and friends.
My experience with installing EcoView Windows was very satisfactory. Cesar was very helpful in explaining his process of how he would be installing the windows and what to expect while he would install each window. His a very hard work and his assistant also is a hard worker. Cesar is very knowledgeable in the work he does. After he installed the windows, we went over each window explaining how they work and that I have a life time guarantee. Just to contact EcoView Windows and they will replace anything that is wrong with the window.
