We had our water softener installed through EcoWater and Duane did an amazing job! He was very friendly and professional. We ended up adding the reverse osmosis system afterward. At first, I was considering buying one online but I’m so glad I decided to go through Duane instead. The service, convenience, and overall experience was amazing!

Great service by Duane. I had a leaking valve that was getting worse . Duane took it apart and repaired it in a very timely manner as we had company coming the next day. Not the first time he has done work for us always friendly and professional.
Replaced an ancient softener with a newer one and ended up paying less per month. Love 'em.
Excellent, excellent customer service! Our service was done by Rusty Rohde and we were surprised by his dedication to ensuring our water was the very best it could be. No second guessing our decision!
