Eden Advanced Pest Technologies
Eden Advanced Pest Technologies at a glance
Reviewers frequently cite punctuality, professional communication, and fair pricing as key strengths of the service. Many customers appreciate the thoroughness of treatments for various pests and the consistency of receiving the same technician for continuity. However, several low-rated reviews highlight issues with billing errors, unreturned calls, and significant price increases with short notice. One complaint also mentioned residual spray on furniture despite following preparation instructions.

I’ve used Eden for over a year and have been pleased with their service, results, and price. The quarterly treatments have significantly reduced the pests around my home, and they do not hesitate to do additional treatments as needed. My technician, David, is friendly, professional, and provides detailed communications about his observations and course of treatment. I appreciate the consistency of having the same technician each visit.

We have had ants in our kitchen for 4 days now. I called Edin Advanced Pest and David came out within 1 hour of my call to assess. I agreed to his bid and he immediately set to work getting rid of them. Everything was done within about 2 hours of my initial call. I notice a previous reviewer said they were efficient. I would add they are ultra-efficient. David was also very informative as I have a large party planned soon.
