The tech was very professional and explained what he was going to be doing and then when he was finished he answered the questions I had for him.
Had a few years of earwigs...lots...and in the house. Eden came to the rescue last year. We are on the maintenance program after the initial treatment. Have not seen one single earwig this year. A huge relief and totally worth the price to have zero bugs in the house or wasps outside. No tree bugs and no spiders…

Matt came out and was very thorough in his explanation of what service he was going to perform. He explained everything clearly and got to work right away. I was very impressed with his professionalism. We will definitely be using Eden again and requesting Matt, if possible.
Dade, our tech, was great. Dade always did what we asked him to do. The office though, caused us a billing issue that overdrew our account because of their billing software for several hundred dollars. They were only to manually bill our account from that point on, but failed to do so. When the office manager left…
