I have been happy overall with Eden and their technicians. However their scheduling could be improved and customers should be given a window of when the technician will arrive. Instead they text 30 minutes before they arrive but you are tied to your house until then. A window of 8-12 for example would be very helpful.

Dade, our tech, was great. Dade always did what we asked him to do. The office though, caused us a billing issue that overdrew our account because of their billing software for several hundred dollars.
