Our pool contractor attempted to design our outdoor area, but he struggled to understand our vision. With landscapers scheduled to start on Monday, we reached out to Kim at Eden Garden Designs on Saturday. She went above and beyond; she dropped everything, came over on the hottest day of the week, and walked through our property to understand what we were hoping to achieve. She delivered our design early Monday morning, and I have to say she is absolutely amazing! If I could give her a million stars, I would. Kim took the time to listen to us and genuinely cared about our vision. A big thank you to Kim! We highly recommend her.

You want to hire Eden’s Garden Design! I love plants and beautiful landscapes. When I moved into my first home, I attempted to add some trees and perennials for a more pleasing aesthetic. However, when the Utah drought of 2020 hit, combined with my poor plant choices and an existing badly designed sprinkler system, my yard was compromised. For multiple reasons, I was motivated to pull out my entire yard and start from ground zero. Based on experience, I knew I needed to hire a professional landscape artist and not just a landscaping company that does installation. I searched Google and came across Eden’s Garden Design which is owned by Kim Eden. I was drawn to Eden’s Garden Design because Kim clearly advertised what I was looking for: a residential design with a budget-friendly price. I contacted Kim through her website. She responded to me quickly. Kim set up a time to virtually meet. She communicated services she offers and asked several questions which helped both of us understand what I want. After explaining my interests and concerns, Kim not only provided creative ideas and a plan, but she helped me understand WHY she made certain recommendations and how to care for my long-term landscaping investment. I took Kim’s plan to a separate landscape company for installation. The landscaper came back with additional questions. Kim was willing to meet with me again to make updates and adjustments accordingly. She was patient, thorough and accommodating. Kim’s credentials—a Master’s Degree in Horticulture—helped me feel confident that the design created would be a good fit for my property and zone. Installation begins this upcoming spring. I recommend Eden’s Garden Design to anyone looking for a stunning and expert plan!

I recently purchased a house with a yard by Eden's Garden Design. I called because I wanted to learn more about all the plants and try* not to kill everything. Kim was super helpful and shared lots of great content with me even though I wasn't her client. Great experience!

Eden listened to my requests and responded with a lovely design that is low water, uses trees to cool my home, adds social space and replaced lawn with native grass. I received great referrals for installation, pointers on where best to get the trees and plants, and tips on getting the project completed. I'm thrilled with the complete backyard redesign - with all that was planted, the yard feels larger now! Plus, I'll be getting a water saver rebate. Highly recommend.

Kim was great to work with. She came up with a landscape plan for us after meeting with me and discussing what I was looking for. I really liked the plan but wanted a couple changes which she happily made for me. Because I wanted to do most of the work myself, she acted as the coordinator and helped me get drip irrigation and a stone path installed, then I did the rest with instructions from her plan. It came out great and I'm very pleased with the result. I'm also getting a $2100 incentive payment from the state of Utah for taking out the grass, so it made everything very affordable. I did end up getting many free plants from a neighbor who was removing their planting beds, so many of the plants were different from Kim's original plan, only because these free plants were available. Many were not mature, so everything should look even better next year. I'm very happy with my experience with Kim and would not have had the courage to remove my grass without her.
