Customers frequently praise the company for efficient tree removal, landscaping, and hardscaping projects, noting fair pricing, thorough site cleanup, and clear communication. Reviewers highlight the professionalism and punctuality of the crews, often describing the work as safe and detailed. However, negative reviews indicate a recurring issue with incomplete jobs and a lack of responsiveness to follow-up calls or unresolved cleanup requests.

I wish I could recommend Edgar and Sons! He was a nice man! However, after many follow up calls to the owner due to an incomplete job, I was told by his assistant that he was "too busy" to call me back. Ultimately, the job we agreed to with contract was not done to completion, in spite of the assistant's insistence that it was. The owner was not on the job EITHER day and this is important. While the crew came back to attempt to complete the original job ( we appreciated that!), the owner was not there. The result was that the job is currently STILL not what we agreed upon. The owner is not willing to return to finish it. Caveat emptor...just know that if the job is not done according to agreement, you will have trouble reaching the owner and it will not be made right. We really wanted to have a great experience!
Edgar and his team are top notch. They did a beautiful job on my new walkway and stairs. They're super easy to work with and very responsive to feedback. I highly recommend that you contact him if you're considering a hardscape project.

Edgar and Sons transformed our backyard into a beautiful paradise. They put in a new patio, fence, raised beds, grass and trees. Their craftsmanship is excellent! They are very efficient and cleaned the site daily. They did a wonderful job on everything and I would highly recommend them.
Thank you Bari, for the opportunity to work on your project. It was truly a pleasure working with you, we sincerely appreciate the trust you placed in us and our team…
We used Edgar and Sons to landscape and hardscape our backyard after an in ground pool removal, with a stone walk way, new patio, and sod. It was a terrific experience. The backyard turned out better than we imagined. Everything done was exactly as described and in a timely manner. You could tell care was taken in each step of the project. Edgar was also quite responsive with questions from us. I would highly recommend and would contact them again for any projects we might need completed.
I've used Edgar and sons twice over the last five years and both time have been very pleased with how quickly and professionally they did their work, including removing a decaying, 100 yr old maple from my property. It was a big job and I was very satisfied with the work. Highly recommend.
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience and for trusting Edgar and Sons again. It means a lot to us. We’re glad everything went smoothly, especially on a project like that. If you ever need anything in the future, we’re always here to help.
