I'm telling you since I switched to this vetrenarian clinic I've never been so happy. There are so many reasons why. The doctors are the best as well as staff. We feel seen here. My animal is taken well care of. And the fees are rational. Thank you to this wonderful veterinarian office. Ringo is happy we found you!😊♥️

I took our little dog, Annie, in for a teeth cleaning. Dr. Jennifer and her staff did a great job. They are both professional and kind.

showed up two hours before closing and the receptionist told me they're finished for the day..... very unconfidently like i have neeevveeerrrr been there before, very unprofessional on her behalf truly shows she has 0 regard for the health of animals especially dogs. I accept her lack of effort because when these things happen you simply just go to the next vet which I did and was out in 40 minutes, I guess she doesn't realize how important it is to treat minor wounds so that they may not worsen and become fatal.

I arrived with my 13 yr old cat at approximately 9AM on 8May. After several hrs of wait time we went to a room. I explained and showed photos to the numerous techs in there as to why I brought Peanut in. He was handled quite aggressively when removed from his carrier. Dr Gail Patrick came in and did a few second physical exam. Labs were taken that showed only mild abnormalities which were explained to be a part of his aging process and that he just had a bug. The vet told me that I had an overall healthy senior cat. I actually had to ask for meds to help with his eyes, diarrhea, vomiting, etc. I was told to bring him back if he didn’t improve and when I asked about him going from 10lbs to 7 in 5 mths I was told that could be discussed at a later date as she rushed out of the clinic as I was paying at 12:49PM. Peanut did not get better. I took him to another establishment. It took only one tech to weigh him etc. and she handled him with ease. When the vet came in and did a thorough physical exam, I was told that Peanut had severe cachexia ( significant weight and muscle loss). An x-ray was ordered because of that exam and the exact same photos that I had showed to Dr Patrick a few days prior. The X-rays and physical exam revealed that Peanut had intestinal malignant neoplasia. (Lymphoma) The hard decision was made to give Peanut humane end-of-life-care. Had Dr Gail Patrick not rushed Peanut’s physical exam or decided ( my assumption) that because Peanut in her notes was, “ fractious,” (growling) she needed to get him out of her exam room she would have ordered an x-ray as did the other clinic. As a 40 something year veterinarian even just looking at Peanut should have told her that he was in a crisis. Had she made the correct diagnosis I would not have left Peanut there to be euthanized. He would have come home with me as I scrambled to find someone to perform his end-of life and showed him the respect and dignity that he received at the other veterinarian clinic.

If I could put zero stars I would. My dog was in an accident that required stitches, the vet (Gail Patrick) was absolutely horrible. The worst attitude. Stating they were incapable of providing stitches which seems like a basic procedure for any veterinary practice. The way she spoke was demeaning and condescending. I’ve been coming here for a few years for both of my dogs and I will NEVER return. Avoid this place if your dog needs any type of care beyond the capability of a toddler.

We are truly sorry that you had an unpleasant experience at our clinic. We strive to provide great customer service and care for our patients and clients. Unfortunately when you brought your dog in, we only had one veterinarian on duty, and our veterinarian that performs surgeries was out of the office that day. At the time that we were informed of your dog's injuries, we recommended that your dog be brought into the clinic in the morning. When your dog arrived in the afternoon, it's injuries were evaluated and the wounds were severe and extensive. The technicians applied a bandage to prevent further bleeding, and we recommended that your dog be taken immediately to an emergency clinic. Our services were done at no cost to you, and we wanted your dog to get the surgical repair of it's wounds at an alternate facility that was fully staffed that day. While we understand this was a frustrating experience for you, our team remains committed to handling every case with care, professionalism, and respect.
