Reviewers report significant academic gains in reading, math, and standardized test scores, noting the center's tailored approach and professional staff. However, several low-star reviews criticize the owner for aggressive sales tactics, rude behavior, and poor communication. Additionally, some customers found the pricing to be expensive relative to the perceived quality of instruction.

I can’t say enough about this place, Judy and her team have transformed my child’s education and this is the first time I have seen such improvement after trying few different tutoring places. I wouldn’t even compare their level of teaching to a “standard” tutoring places, if you care about you child Success I would highly recommend!
I had two children that were behind and Judy caught them up in no time. I would highly recommend her to anyone that might be skeptical of using a tutor.
I cannot recommend these resources enough for anyone serious about getting into the IBEW. Like many applicants, I was extremely rusty on algebra and nervous about the strict time limits. This prep material didn’t just review the math; it mirrored the actual test format perfectly. The Algebra and Functions section was a lifesaver—it broke down complex polynomials and number series into steps that actually clicked. Most importantly, the timed practice tests helped me master the '1.5 minutes per question' pace, so I didn't panic during the real thing. I walked into my local JATC feeling prepared and walked out confident. If you want to stop guessing and start scoring in the high stanines, this is the investment to make. Local 347
My husband and I had considered not having our son take the ACT due to the level of complication and length of the test. Before he started Educational Resources, his biggest struggle was in reading comprehension. After working with Judy and others at the center, I am pleased to report that not only is he scoring above high school level in reading comprehension, but he received a 26 on his ACT!! That is an 8 point increase from his original practice test score! He also completed his first college course through dual enrollment last semester and received a 97 percent in the class! Educational Resources has opened so many doors and opportunities for my son with their thorough, caring and highly knowledgeable staff. I have seen his confidence and his willingness to try difficult things improve tremendously. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
Judy and her team did a great job tutoring our son. ERA’s individual, tailored approach is better than what national companies offer. Our son’s arc of development was due to Judy and her team. I highly recommend ERA. It’s worth the investment.
We are so thankful for Judy and her wonderful staff. At the beginning of this school year our son was a grade level behind and labeled as an "at risk" student for reading according to the FAST testing done by the school. At the end of the year his final FAST test went up 36 points from his fall score. This is equivalent to being 2 grades ahead of where he should be!! Our son loves going to tutoring and working with Ryan. As parents we have seen his confidence rise and his enjoyment for reading thrive!
Educational Resources has made a HUGE impact on my son’s success. He went from being 4 grade levels behind in reading to reading at grade level in just over a year! The dedication of Judy and her staff is inspiring. I can see Judy’s enthusiasm and dedication to ensuring student success every time I go to Educational Resources. She is a true treasure! Thank you Judy and all the wonderful tutors…!!!!!
