Edward Powell Pump and Well Drilling

We were in the process of selling our parents home and found out we needed to replace the existing well. Powell came highly recommended and after our initial conversation, hired them to do the job. We were more than pleased with everything. From their great communication, to their professional employees as well as the wonderful work they did for us. We did have some time constraints and they were more than accommodating. We personally worked with Steve and I cannot say enough good things about how wonderful he was to work with. We would highly recommend Powell Pump and Well Drilling for all your well needs.

AMAZING. Holy hell. Nathan Powell (current co-owner) came out on a Saturday and replaced my well head. He was kind, courteous, knowledgeable and happy to share that knowledge. He made the process as easy as it could be. I would DEFINITELY use these guys again. Seriously cannot say enough good things about them. Did you know some member of his company do non-profit work in Africa to bring water to impoverished areas? Me either! Amazing they take their skills and knowledge to where it is needed most. Great company. Great peoples. Would highly recommend to anyone having well or pump issues.

I recently purchased a property with a private well, and being relatively new to the well process, I was very impressed with my experience with Powell Pump and Well Drilling when an issue came up shortly after moving in.<br><br>They were incredibly responsive, got someone out quickly, and did a great job diagnosing the issue. I wanted to take a minute to praise the employees from your company for the professional job they did for me in an emergency situation. Steve Powell and his partner, Jarod, came to my house to fix my well after it had been struck by lightening. As soon as I called, they scheduled these two young competent men to come to my home. I had been away and did not know that I had no water. When I returned home and met these gentlemen, I was greeted with these two kind and hard working individuals. They immediately explained to me what had happened and what they were going to do to remedy the situation. The outcome resulted in having the water restored and they fixed the well problem. I am so lucky to have had the chance to meet these two young men. Your company is very fortunate to have them on your team. They are a real asset and I will be sure to tell all of my friends and family about your outstanding company and the excellent customer service that I received in a crisis.

Nathan arrived ready to assess the water pressure issue. He kept me informed at every step of his diagnosis. The pressure tank and switch were it problem. Both were replaced and through our discussion about the years long issue of lower than preferred water pressure, Nathan proposed a solution to increase the pressure with the existing system. Nathan is a true professional focused on customer satisfaction. I am glad to have Powell as my well and pump resource. They are a great company and team. Thank you again Nathan.

Powell Pump and Well was at my house today for my yearly service. The company delivers yet again. Ethan and Sean arrived in the scheduled time slot. They were extremely friendly and courteous. Moreover, once completing the service, I would never have known they were there. The area was left clean and how they found it. I just wanted to share my experience with Jared who was the technician who came out to service my acid neutralizing system. I was very pleased with Jared's knowledge and the attention to all the details. He was very professional, competent and courteous. I enjoyed my time with him and requested that he come out in August to do the general maintenance on my well. It was a real pleasure to have met him.

Steve Powell and Sean replaced my jet well pump and installed a submersible pump on 4-7-26. They were the best!!! Exceptional service from start to finish. They were professional, very knowledgeable, and efficient in replacing and setting up the pump. They explained the process clearly, completed the work on schedule, and the water system has been running flawlessly since. Highly recommended for anyone needing reliable well and pump service. In addition, they will be coming back to service my water softening system with yearly maintenance.

We had what was assumed to be a well pump problem recently. We thought our pump was defective as it would not pump up to pressure any longer and there was a lot of pipe banging when the pump turned on. The technician from Powell's, Will, was eventually able to diagnose the problem as a crack in the pipe coming up from the pump to the house. After replacing the pipe, our system worked as good as new with no problems.

Powell's team had been servicing our well and pump for a few years, and in January identified that the pump was going to fail soon. We decided to let it run its course, however, that happened a few weeks later during the coldest winter period in recent memory. It failed a day before we got a foot of snow. Nathan came right out and assessed the issue and scheduled the team to come the day after the storm cleared.<br><br>They were here on time, even though it took hours to clear their equipment and office from the snow. Both Nathan and Will did an exceptional job working throughout the day in negative temperatures.<br><br>I would like to particularly call out and highlight Will, who is as equally technically talented as he is polite, intelligent, and courteous in our home and when explaining the issues and resolution, as well as answering all of my questions.<br><br>Thank you Will and Nathan, you saved us during an extremely difficult time. There were some challenges they encountered in our old well -- I believe a rock or fracture lodged into the bore hole causing the pump to not go down to the same depth. Every option was explained clearly and concisely to me.<br><br>What you get with Powell's team are people, like Will and Nathan, who treat your well like their own. They are on your team, and they work with you as a partner always trying to save you money and do what is in your best interest. We are lucky to have this team local to us and you will be too.
