Customers generally praise the company for punctuality, clear communication, and reasonable pricing, noting that technicians are friendly, thorough, and often accommodate pets or specific schedules. Recurring themes include reliable quarterly maintenance that resolves issues with rodents, spiders, and wasps, along with prompt responses to emergency requests. However, some low-rated reviews criticize the requirement for annual contracts, a perceived lack of thoroughness in addressing entry points, and instances where technicians failed to follow specific instructions regarding pet safety or garden areas.
