I used Mark and his company for a 2nd and 3rd blower door test. Test 1 and 2 both failed. Mark went above and beyond to contact Jefferson County to explain my new residence build and the challenges of meeting the blower door test standards. With his input they relaxed the requirements slightly and after adding some foam sealing in the attic the 3rd blower door test reached a passing number. This was a big deal in successfully completing this requirement.
Amazing company. They were so easy to work with, made the process easy to understand, and had reliable installers who treated our house like their own and were extra careful to ensure our cats didn’t get outside. Super friendly, protected our floors and clothing in our closet while they worked. This was refreshing after dealing with some not-as-great companies for some home improvements prior to using Mark and his team for our insulation and attic air sealing. Our AC was constantly running if it was over 85 degrees and our house frequently got up to 80 degrees during the day because of our insulation issues. Mark and team at efficiency revolution did a great job with the blown in insulation in our attic and even removed the old ductwork and patched the holes from the old ceiling vents. Our AC has not struggled to keep up at all since, and we are thrilled! We’re still waiting for the rebates from Xcel as that can take a couple of months but the pricing seems very well priced when considering the rebates.
