Excellent service today. Very knowledgeable technician. Reasonable pricing. We have a lot of spiders, wasps, yellow jackets, stink bugs, lady bugs, mice etc. as our house is in the woods somewhat.

I want to give my service technician an enormous shout out! Scott is such a gentleman, he’s honest, very thorough and friendly! He has been with me for a few years now. He follows up and asks questions regarding anything potential that I’ve seen. Had issues with mice, many years ago, that was quickly taken care of. Also, slugs, at one point, murdering my hostas. That was also taken care of within one treatment. He is tremendously gracious! I truly appreciate his thorough attention and genuine kindness!

I've scheduled with them for three services, and given a five hour service window for each. The first appointment, the technician showed up an hour early. The second appointment, the technician showed up one minute before the close of their service window. The third appointment, no one showed up at all, despite my calling to confirm that they were still coming. Don't use this company. There are far more reliable companies to consider.
