NO FREE CONSULTATION. I gave intake guy information including my SSN and even texted photos. He called me back at 8:30am to say lawyers told him to tell me they will not take the case. Never spoke to a lawyer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

I contacted Eichen Crutchlow and Zaslow on June 2nd concerning the death of my mother. I spoke with Anthony and gave him all the details. He said he would get back to me regarding whether or not they would take my case. After not hearing from him for a month I called and left a message for him to please contact me. Again, no return call. It wasn’t until today when I called and spoke to a lovely woman who told me Anthony declined my case due to my mother’s age. While I can understand his thoughts that my mom’s age was all he needed to know, there is so much more. She was completely fine the day before. That being said, the reason for my review is the fact that Anthony didn’t feel it important enough to contact me with his decision. Very unprofessional right from the jump.
