Customers frequently cite punctuality, professional crew conduct, and accurate time estimates as primary strengths of the moving service. Recurring themes include clear communication from both the crew and back office, careful handling of fragile items, and upfront pricing transparency. However, some reviews highlight issues with unexplained price changes, disorganized packing processes, and difficulties resolving damage claims or scheduling callbacks.

They showed up as scheduled which is a plus. However they started my time before they had the equipment to work with. It would've been nice if they gave me back that time, but they said I'll be charged extra if they work longer than 2.5 hours.
Aiden and Jesse showed up on time, moved quickly and professionally, and with smiles on their faces. You'll be in business for a long time with two young men like this. I will definitely be using your company again. Thanks.

I chose Einstein Movers after asking Facebook Land who their favorite movers were. Einstein was the favorite, and now I know why.from the very beginning to the very end, they communicated well, and were patient with my many date changes. On the day of the move, Alex and Damian arrived to wrap and transport all of my furniture. They took excellent care of my 2 antique pieces, as well as a couple of glass-topped items, and really all of the furniture that was moving from a 2-story garden home to a 1-story home. They even offered to take apart a table at the new house that was going to storage. All of this was done in just 15 minutes over my minimum required time. Einstein had prepared me well in the communication beforehand, so that the day of the move went very smoothly. Thank you, Einstein, and especially Alex and Damian! I will be recommending you from now on!

We know that moving plans can change, so we’re glad our team was able to accommodate your schedule adjustments and keep you informed throughout the process. Clear communication and preparation can make a world of difference on moving day, and it’s wonderful to hear that everything came together so smoothly! Alex and Damian will be especially happy to hear your kind words! Moving delicate antiques and glass-topped furniture requires extra attention and care, and we’re glad they took the time to make sure your belongings were properly protected. It’s also great to hear that they went the extra mile by offering to help with the table at your new home, all while keeping the move so close to the minimum time! We truly appreciate you trusting us with your move and are grateful for your willingness to recommend us to others. Word-of-mouth recommendations mean so much to our team, and we’re excited to know we’ve earned yours! With gratitude, Cameron Klepac Field Manager Einstein Moving Company
