Customers frequently cite competitive pricing, friendly staff, and an organized facility as primary benefits of using Ekco Metals. The process is generally described as quick and efficient, with helpful employees assisting with carts and directions. However, several low-star reviews indicate that actual payouts sometimes fall below quoted amounts or that prices for specific materials appear lower than competitors, leading to dissatisfaction among some sellers.

First time selling non ferrous scrap here. I don't know why I didn't come here sooner. Called the day before for prices and stayed true when I arrived. Parking lot is small but tidy. Plenty of avail. carts. And the staff were helpful and attentive. Overall experience was pleasant! Glad to recommend!
Muy buena

El mejor lugar para vender tus metales
Very friendly and attentive staff and good prices, I recommend it
Friendly staff, Easy parking, Easy process, vending machine with snacks, bathroom if nature calls and great price for copper. I recommend this place!
The best metal scrap yard to go to in Los Angeles
Quick and easy service.
Don’t recommend this place. It’s kind of an easy process, but they pay you really little for what you bring. I brought 400lbs of stuff got $20 for it. Yeah use that as reference. Staff is nice but they don’t help you unload your car either. Take that in mind too. Again don’t recommend this place.
