Customers frequently praise the mobile mechanic for same-day availability, rapid response times, and professional communication while performing services like brake, battery, and engine repairs. Reviewers often note fair pricing and the convenience of having repairs completed at their location. However, several low-star reviews highlight a pattern of missed appointments, lack of communication, and unresponsiveness, contrasting with the generally positive experiences regarding technical skill and punctuality.

Omar came after they closed to do the job while it was raining, and I was able to drive home 20 minutes later. Couldn't be happier with the service.
